Cancellation or rescheduling of services by the Client must be communicated in writing. Specific terms regarding refunds or fees for cancellations and rescheduling will be detailed in the individual service agreement. Lumiere Lensworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund for services not rendered will be provided.
